0.  Remove excessive dust from motherboard, heatsink, power supply, case, fans, keyboard and from nearby space

1. Fix file system errors

2. Speed up the computer

3. Ensure malware do not restore themselves 

4. Remove unwanted programs and other junk

5. Install real time protection from future malware and virus threats

6. Block virus, malware, popup ads, hackers

7. Remove virus and malware

8. Update: Antivirus, anti malware, browser protectors, browsers, Flash, media players, Skype, etc.

9. Create Data Partition and move data folders to it

10. Defrag Windows and data partitions

11. Consult with your software provider to ensure rescue procedure does not delete your data

12. Copy onto Data partition, Image of Windows partition

13. Leave Rescue CD with customer for Free Off-site Future System Cleans by phone

14. Advise customer how to use system wisely
