Used El Capitan istallation thum drive disk utility to format entire hard disk hfs.
This created a 300 mb boot partition, the rest hfs

*Used Aomei graphic interface to resize the hard disk into 40gb hfs partition, 10gb ntfs data partition, remaider free space

Used El Capitan installation thumb drive to install El Capitan onto the 40gb partition.

Installed firewall, antivirus and apps

Copied home folder to DATA partition
Moved home folder to DATA partition

Used IFL to image entire hard disk:

Deployment:

Save customer's data:

Remove customer's hard disk
Boot from separate hard disk with OS X deployed on it
Attach customer's hard disk via USB
Move  customer's files to separate drive

Used IFL to deploy image of El Capitan onto 100+ GB customer's hard disk
*Then use Aomei to resize DATA partition to max capacity
Copy to DATA partition, external to home folder, 500 educational videos and 500 songs
Copy to DATA partition, external to home folder, customer's data

Used IFL to image OS X partition 
In order to restore image, system date must first be set to same month and year image was created:
This can be done with following Terminal command:

sudo date 1101000116 sets date to November 1st, 1 minute past midnight, 2016
