Fix Spooler Service Stops:

You may get an error when you try to install a printer!
Your installed printer disappears!
Error while trying to print a file

The printer is dependent on 1 or more services that has stopped running!

start >control panel >admin tools >services

Right click print spooler >properties >dependencies

Make note of dependent services and start them!

For example, my XP print spooler depends upon lexbce and RPC services.
If any one of these dependent services are stopped Windows won't print!
Also Windows will NOT install a printer driver correctly neither!
