How I Work!

If you have important files, I can save them first.

I wipe off everything and then install WinXP Pro or 
Windows 2000 Pro or Win98 SE from images. 

I install everything: wired and wireless Internet, printer, 
scanner, web and digital cams, mp3 players, fax, etc.

I do not repair Macs!

I do not repair PlayStation!

I don't install AOL Internet access!

I don't install Norton Antivirus!

My images contain firewall, freeware antivirus, popup and spyware
blockers/removers, CD and DVD burning/decryption software, file sharing,
Internet Explorer 6.0 and Firefox web browsers with Flash and shockwave
plugins, Acrobat reader, Office 2000 (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Acess and
Publisher), Adobe photo/graphics software, useful diagnostic tools, 
130+ games.

My 5-User XP image works on Pentium 4 computers running at 2 GHZ and above.

For problematic Pentium IIIs and Pentium 4 computers that are 
overclocked or have hardware issues, my Win XP and Win 2000 images fail!

Sometimes I can install XP from the Windows XP CD. 

My Win98 SE image ALWAYS works!

I install Windows 2000 Pro service pack 4 or Windows98 SE on older computers! 
I never upgrade old computers to run Windows XP!

I almost never clenup a system!
So your system will NEVER BE THE SAME!

I now install Windows 2000 Professional with service pack 4!

Your WindowsXP running on your Pentium III computer
was installed using a WindowsXP installation CD.

I prefer to use images NOT Windows installation CDs!

However, when neccessary, I will use the Windows installation CD.
          
I charge $20 Xtra for cleaning out excessive dust.
I am not comfortable opening laptops therefore they don't get cleaned!
I charge $20 Xtra for saving your data.  Especially if it's alot!

I charge $5 for the laminated restore instructions + restore CD

I charge $2 for the CMOS battery.

I create an image of C:\ partition and equip you with
image restoration software along with instructions available
from http://drpcdr.ca/rstrhd2.doc, http://drpcdr.ca/rescue1.txt and 
http://drpcdr.ca/bootit.txt.

I also give free instructions by phone explaining how to restore
your computer from the image I created on your computer 
when I first fixed it! 

You can fix your computer quickly by yourself, even when your computer
cannot boot!

This saves you money, time and considerable trouble!

After restoration, gone will be all viruses, malware and spyware.
And your data will remain intact in my documents, favorites, 
myshared and outlook folders! on a separate partition than that of Windows, 
usually drive, D:\
