First You need a yahoo email account.  Free account available at
yahoo.com

Logon to Internet

Start yahoo messenger
login by entering username and password

When connected
Click chat
Click on the + beside cultures and community
Click on the countries and cultures folder
wait for the chat rooms to appear at right side
In the window at right side click on + beside Afro Caribbean
Click on a chat room listed near the end of the Afro Caribbean list
Click go to room
