From the above link I have noted that the tingling sensation during Shavasana is associated with relaxation, expansion and theta brain wave activity

https://lonerwolf.com/spiritual-alchemy/

The above link shows how the Shavasana pose is related to points 5, 6 and 7 in the discussion of mental alchemy.

In Shavasana we ferment tension into enlightened blissful spiritization.

With regular practice of Shavasana the mind, body and soul become one with the universe.

Acording to Bianca Alexander above:

"From Einstein’s relativity theory to the rise of quantum physics, it is common knowledge that every existing substance can be reduced to a pattern or form of energy, which interacts and interconnects with other forms."

"Unaccompanied by higher levels of union through meditation and control of the body-bound senses, the practice of physical yoga is like taking 90 minutes to prepare a delicious,

nourishing, three-course meal—then throwing it in the trash without tasting it."

I propose yogis and their teachers cultivate an awareness of this bioelectrical energy, integral to the the practice of yoga!

https://aquietplace.net/blogs/how-to-use-7-hermetic-principles-to-transform-your-life/

Of all the 7 Hermetic principles, the most powerful are number 3, vibration and number 4, polarity, because vibrational bioelectrical energy (like electricity) requires a potential difference for it to flow inside us.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cortical_homunculus

The cortical homunculus represents the real estate of the sensorimotor cortex of the brain responsible for touch and movement. Notice the grotesque size of the hands.

No wonder so much healing cerebral bioelectricity flows from the palms. Yogis can use this energy during yoga practice and self massage.

From the cortical homunculus I propose the tonge and lips can discharge a healing bioelectrical energy.

The mother who kisses a child's hurt is using the cerebral bioelectrical force concentrated in the lips and tongue.

According to Yogapedia:

"Yoga has been practiced for thousands of years, and whilst many different interpretations and styles have been developed,

most tend to agree that the ultimate goal of yoga is to achieve liberation from suffering."

The cultivation of this awareness of our bioelectrical energy HELPS TO LIBERATE US FROM SUFFERING!

https://krishna.org/the-real-goal-of-yoga/ rejects healing as a goal of yoga. A person suffering from pain cannot experience spiritual enlightenment.

The following 2 links discuss bioelectricity and the buzz from yoga practice.  Witchcraft and Satanism is not my thing. Yoga is!

I propose yoga incorporate awareness of the energy field that is the core of our being.

Whenever a yoga pose involes palms coming close together, yogis can feel the energetic force radiating from the palms.

I often feel this energy between my palms in warrior one pose.

The tingling sensation can be felt in the head, arms, hands, legs and feet during child pose.

Similarly pigeon pose is an opportunity to FEEL THE BIOELECTRICAL FORCE flowing through the body.

YOGIS MUST CULTIVATE THE SENSATION OF BIOELECTRICAL FORCES THAT PERMEATE THE MIND AND BODY!

HALLELUJAH!

Lastly I must thank the Indian Hindu God, Shiva, whose teachings form the basis of yoga:

Also the sage, Patanjali for compiling the Yoga Sutras:

I am grateful to the Egyptian/Greek God Hermes Trismegistus for mental alchemy (Hermetics):
